Heating by radiators and/or log burner. Separate 1st floor double bedroom with its own entrance overlooking the Ford with sitting area, TV and bathroom ensuite. Linen and towels provided.

The front garden looks across the Ford and up the Beck to Rutter Falls Waterfall. The back garden is situated above and behind the cottage looking across the Eden Valley to the Pennines.

Private parking for 2/3 cars.

Please note there is a returnable breakage and excessive cleaning deposit of £100 cash payable on arrival, the party organiser who takes responsibility for the booking normally pays this and it has been refunded, to date, within 4 working days with one exception.
